Shipping policy

Processing Times:

Orders are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmed.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates:

We offer free shipping throughout the entire store.

Deliveries can take anywhere from 10 to 30 days depending on location of the buyer.  

International Shipping:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

For orders delivered to European Union countries, please allow 15–25 business days from dispatch. All orders are dispatched within 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Some items may be restricted from international shipping.

Order Tracking:

A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.

Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@thehouseofoa.com with your order number.

We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues.

Damaged or Missing Items:

If you receive a damaged package or missing items, notify us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
