Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast — like add-to-cart-at-midnight fast. If you need to make changes, contact us ASAP. Once your order is in production or on its way, we can’t guarantee changes.

I entered the wrong address (oops).

It happens. Email us immediately and we’ll fix it if we can. Once an order ships, we’re not able to redirect parcels sent to incorrect addresses.


Shipping (The Waiting Game)

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! We ship Australia-wide and also offer international shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing may vary between 5 to 10 days.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Will I get tracking?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, tracking details will land in your inbox.

Are your products true to size?

If you’re between sizes or unsure, reach out — we’d rather help than guess.

Are items restocked?

Some pieces come back. Others don’t. Many of our collections are limited, so if you love it, don’t sleep on it.

Will colours look exactly the same?

We photograph everything as accurately as possible, but screen settings and lighting can cause slight variations.

How do I start a return or exchange?
